A sanctuary within

Happiness is not merely something to pursue outside ourselves.

The Tibetan Book of Happiness presents Tibetan Buddhist teachings on mind and mental factors in plain English, making them accessible to Buddhist and non-Buddhist readers alike.

Through practical meditation instructions, clear explanations, and down-to-earth examples, the book explores fundamental positivity, karma, mind-training, the nature of mind, and the possibility of a happiness that cannot be created by material things.

“Such a sanctuary exists within all of us.”

Inside the book
